Diamond d-jet

Diamond D_Jet

Description: The Diamond “D-JET” is a single engine jet aircraft that is built by Diamond Aircraft Industries.  Featuring a composite, five seat configuration interior, the aircraft is one of the cheaper jet aircrafts on the market at a rate of $1.89 million dollars.  The aircraft was built to compete with the Eclipse 500 and the Cessna Citation Mustang.  The D-Jet has extremely low operating costs, but with limited range and service ceiling, distance of a flight and weather play significant factors when operating the D-Jet, as opposed to other aircrafts which may be able to more readily navigate around hazardous weather.
The D-Jet has made it more affordable to own a private jet.  ATP flight school has a significant number of orders, and train their students in an “optional” D-Jet course.
